I purchased this refurbished miter saw not really knowing what I'd receive. It was basically a brand new saw w/ blade. I lucked out as the saw was actually shipped with a 60 tooth blade. I don't know why I've managed to go so many years without one. This miter saw is extremely accurate and money well spent. I would definitely recommend bolting it down to something or purchasing a miter saw stand. The motor has a lot of starting torque which will give the saw a good jolt.

The extra tall sliding fence allows vertical cuts in pieces up to 5 inches wide, or up to 8 inches wide on pieces laying flat. The easy-to read stainless steel miter scale has nine positive stops for ease and accuracy and is lightweight with a built-in handle for portability.
